Bethlehem Central came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Bethlehem Central was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-11, 25-16.

Despite the defeat, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake had strong showings from Ella Chamberlain, who had 16 digs and one assist, and Audri Chamberlain, who had eight digs and two assists.

Bethlehem Central's win bumped their record up to 16-3-2. As for Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 29-7-3 record this season.
