Cincinnati Christian won the last time they faced Seven Hills and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cougars blew past the Stingers 3-0.

Cincinnati Christian can attribute much of their success to Lydia Vogelgesang, who had five digs and four aces.

Vogelgesang wasn't the only good servers: Cincinnati Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in four consecutive matches.

Cincinnati Christian's record now sits at 10-7. As for Seven Hills, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Looking ahead, Cincinnati Christian will venture away from home to face off against Miami Valley Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Lions will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Seven Hills, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clark Montessori at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
