Basketball Recap: Perrydale's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Perrydale's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 38-28 win over the Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Mountaineers. The victory was some much needed relief for the Pirates as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Perrydale's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Falls City/Kings Valley Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perrydale will welcome Lewis Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Lewis Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Perrydale surely won't give up without a fight. As for Falls City/Kings Valley Charter, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Livingstone Adventist Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
