Lynden has gone 10-0 against Sedro-Woolley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Lynden Lions will face off against the Sedro-Woolley Cubs at 7:15 p.m. Lynden is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Lynden is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They put the hurt on Mount Vernon with a sharp 76-53 victory on Saturday. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 155th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Sedro-Woolley opened the new year with a less-than-successful 75-63 defeat to Everett.

Lynden pushed their record up to 9-0 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Sedro-Woolley, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Everything went Lynden's way against Sedro-Woolley in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, as Lynden made off with a 58-32 victory. Will Lynden repeat their success, or does Sedro-Woolley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
