A well-balanced attack led Enumclaw over Kentlake in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Hornets blew the Falcons out of the water with a 70-0 final score. Given the Hornets' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Falcons are ranked 244th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Gavin Trachte looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 214 yards and four TDs on only 14 passes. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in October of 2024.

The victory was the third in a row for Enumclaw, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 58.3 points this season. As for Kentlake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Looking ahead, Enumclaw is taking a road trip to challenge Federal Way at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kentlake, they will welcome Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
