Basketball Game Preview: Perkiomen Valley Vikings vs. Spring-Ford Rams

The Perkiomen Valley Vikings will head out to square off against the Spring-Ford Rams at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Perkiomen Valley turned things around against Boyertown on Thursday. They snuck past the Bears with a 53-48 win.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Spring-Ford). They walked away with a 70-61 victory over Exeter Township on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Spring-Ford's record is now 3-1. As for Perkiomen Valley, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-3.

Perkiomen Valley came up short against Spring-Ford when the teams last played back in February, falling 57-50. Can Perkiomen Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
