Floyd came into Thursday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the San Jon Coyotes 3-2. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-1 victory back in September.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (106-105) Floyd actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 22-25, 18-25, 15-12.
