Basketball Recap: Oak Harbor Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Oak Harbor faced off against Lynden on Tuesday. The Oak Harbor Wildcats lost 71-48 to the Lynden Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 76-39 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.

Oak Harbor now has a losing record at 1-2.

Oak Harbor will take on Lakewood at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Lynden, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Squalicum at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Lynden is coming into the match hot, having won their last nine games dating back to last season.
