Basketball Recap: Caldera Snags 13th Victory in Last 16 Games

With a playoff win on the line, Caldera rose to the challenge on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 69-54 victory over the Summit Storm. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-69 back in January.

Caldera is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points over those games. Summit's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-8.

Coming up, Caldera will head out to square off against Redmond at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Summit, they will head out on the road to take on Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
