Kingswood Oxford barely beat Westminster School the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wyverns' pitcher stepped up to hand the Martlets a 6-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Wyverns have won five games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Alexis Nisyrios ?27 made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 17 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two hits any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Nisyrios ?27 wasn't the only one making solid contact as six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Aleis Gonzalez ?27, who went 2-for-3 with one run. Racheal Segal ?28 also deserves some recognition as she scored her first runs of the season.
