Basketball Recap: Days Creek's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Friday

Days Creek lost to Glide back in January of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Days Creek Wolves walked away with a 41-33 victory over the Glide Wildcats. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 70th, while the Wildcats are ranked 221st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Days Creek is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Glide, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Days Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 64-24 loss against Oakland on the 4th. As for Glide, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 44-25 win against Oakridge on the 4th.
