Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kaneland). They put the hurt on the Rochelle Hubs with a sharp 24-7 victory on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kaneland's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Rochelle, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kaneland will head out to take on Oswego at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rochelle, they will venture away from home to square off against Sterling at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hubs are facing the Golden Warriors at the right time seeing as the Golden Warriors are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
