Basketball Recap: Northwest Christian School Snags 12th Win in Last 14 Games

Northwest Christian School won against Kettle Falls last Tuesday with 77 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Northwest Christian School Crusaders were the clear victor by a 77-52 margin over the St. George's Dragons. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Northwest Christian School to victory were Avi West and Caleb Grant. West went 9 of 14 en route to 22 points, while Grant went 9 for 17 to rack up 20 points. The match was West's 31st in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Ben Slade, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 11 points.

Northwest Christian School is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 36.2% in those games and 29.2% outside of them. As for St. George's, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.
