Siena starts season with defeat at home

Recap: Siena vs. The Living Water School The Storm

Siena couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 73-30 loss at the hands of The Living Water School on Tuesday.

It was another big night for Isaiah Bobo, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and three steals for The Living Water School. It was the first time this season that Bobo pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Duane "DJ" McKinney, who scored 11 points along with five assists and three steals.

The Living Water School's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Siena will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Yeshiva at 7:00 p.m. on February 20th. As for The Living Water School, they will head out on the road to take on King's Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Living Water School is facing King's Christian Academy at the right time seeing as King's Christian Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
