Softball Recap: McConnellsburg Spartans vs. Windber Ramblers

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, McConnellsburg was a bit more limited in their match on Wednesday. They wound up on the wrong side of a tough 19-2 walloping at the hands of the Windber Ramblers.

For Windber's part, they let Summer Campbell and Layla Gray loose on the outfield. Campbell went 3-for-5 with a home run, five RBI, and two runs, while Gray scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
