Israel Saunders Game Report: @ Hoggard

For the first time in his career, Israel Saunders scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 20 receiving yards and one touchdown, but sadly West Brunswick still had to take a 34-7 loss at the hands of Hoggard. We rated that as his best performance since last Friday, when he made eight total tackles (1.0 for loss) and snagged an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.

Looking ahead, Saunders and West Brunswick will head out to face off against North Brunswick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Scorpions swept Topsail off the field in their last game, a feat they'll no doubt try to repeat. Will the Trojans be able to hold them off?
