Basketball Recap: Cuba City Piles Up the Points Against Boscobel

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cuba City). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Boscobel Bulldogs 83-26. The Cubans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 33 points or more this season.

Cuba City's victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.1 points. As for Boscobel, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Cuba City will finish 2024 at home by hosting Edgewood at 1:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Boscobel, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Riverdale at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
