Calvary Day had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Islands Sharks by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cavaliers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Calvary Day not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Islands between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17.

Calvary Day's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Islands, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 9-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calvary Day will take on Southeast Bulloch at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Islands, they will venture away from home to square off against The Habersham School at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
