Basketball Recap: Idea Takes a Loss

Idea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against SEED DC, falling 69-3. While losing is never fun, the Timberwolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' District of Columbia basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while SEED DC are ranked fifth).

Idea's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for SEED DC, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.

Idea has already played their next matchup (against Washington Leadership Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. SEED DC will be playing in front of their home fans against KIPP DC Legacy College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
