Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Concord Christian). They wrapped up 2024 with a 67-52 win over the Cross Stingrays. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Concord Christian's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Cross, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-9.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Durham Academy the next time they take the court. Cross will head out to face Durham Academy at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, while Concord Christian will head out to face them at 10:15 a.m. on Monday.
