Given Holland's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 335th, while Flatonia is ranked 764th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, Flatonia still got an impressive performance from Kobe Burton, who rushed for 148 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. Keegan Green also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
