Basketball Recap: The Rock National Comes Up Short

The Rock National was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 90-83 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Specially Fit Academy Rams. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (61), the Lions still had to take the loss.

The Rock National's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Specially Fit Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-14 record this season.

We've got a battle between Lions coming up. As for Specially Fit Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Legacy Early College at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
