Volleyball Recap: North Central Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

North Central entered their tilt with Sully Buttes on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Chargers. The Thunder have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Chargers, too.

Amree VanderVorst paced North Central's offense, picking up 11 kills. VanderVorst got some help from Camryn Witlock and her 14 assists. Ella Batie and Sydnee Malsam kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

North Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Sully Buttes, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

North Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Herreid/Selby on the 30th. As for Sully Buttes, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Faulkton on the 2nd.
