Game recap: Straughn High School Football Team wins against Bayside Academy

ANDALUSIA, Ala. - Devin Scott ran for three touchdowns and Rollin Kinsaul added two as well as Straughn (Andalusia, Ala.) defeated Bayside Academy (Daphne, Ala.) 42-21 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a Kinsaul touchdown run in the second quarter, the Tigers were up 22-6 at the half.

Both teams scored six points in the third quarter, so the margin remained at 16 at the start of the fourth.

The loss snapped Bayside Academy's six-game winning streak.



Straughn avenged last year's 27-17 loss to the Admirals with the victory.

The loss comes after Bayside Academy defeated Pike County 32-18 last week. With the win SHS extended its winning streak to four games.
