Recap: Ada Cougars vs. Harrah Panthers

You can't lose the match if you win every quarter, and that was precisely the Ada Cougars's strategy against the Harrah Panthers on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Ada blew the Panthers out of the water with a 78-30 final score. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Ada has managed all season.

Ada's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Deante Lindsay, who scored 17 points along with two steals. It was the first time this season that Lindsay scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Carter Colombe, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and four blocks.

Ada pushed their record up to 14-5 with that win, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Harrah, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-17.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ada will take on the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Millwood is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Harrah, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Wilson-Henryetta will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.
