Volleyball Recap: Flowing Wells Takes a Loss

Flowing Wells was the 2-0 winner over Canyon del Oro when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Flowing Wells Caballeros took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Canyon del Oro Dorados on Saturday.

Daniel Coronado paced Flowing Wells' offense, picking up five kills. Coronado got some help from Luis Valdez and his eight assists.

Flowing Wells now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Canyon del Oro, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Flowing Wells will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Canyon del Oro at 5:30 p.m. on March 20th. As for Canyon del Oro, they will welcome Cienega at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
