Basketball Recap: Rogers Comes Up Short

Rogers played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Deer Park Stags 81-33. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Stags recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Deer Park, they pushed their record up to 20-0 with the victory, which was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Rogers will venture away from home to take on West Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Deer Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
