Zachary Warren and Cooper Morgan secure win for Diller-Odell

Recap: Diller-Odell Griffin vs. Meridian Mustangs
The Diller-Odell Griffin scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They took down Meridian 51-32. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Diller-Odell also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Diller-Odell was led to victory by Zachary Warren and Cooper Morgan. Warren dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds, while Morgan scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Warren also grabbed two+ steals for the first time this season.
Diller-Odell now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Meridian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
Diller-Odell won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Tri County at 7:00 p.m. on December 29th. Tri County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Diller-Odell in Nebraska (Tri County is ranked 34th, while Diller-Odell is ranked 164th). As for Meridian, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lewiston. Hopefully Lewiston focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Thursday.
