             Floyd Central is 0-3 against Castle since October of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Saturday. The Floyd Central Highlanders are on the road again  to play the Castle Knights at 1:30  p.m.
 Floyd Central's offense might be in the hot seat  on Saturday considering what happened against Columbus North  on Saturday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bull Dogs.
 Meanwhile,  on TuesdayEvansville North kept up with Castle until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Castle never let Evansville North onto the board and left with  a   3-0  victory. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won five games by three  goals or more  so far this season.
 They hit Evansville North with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from 
 Ashlyn Francis, 
 Presley Kessler, and 
 Jilly Higgins.
 Floyd Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1. As for Castle,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 5-1-1.
 Floyd Central might still be hurting after the  5-0 defeat they got from Castle  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2023. Can Floyd Central avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
