Basketball Recap: Kewaskum Comes Up Short

The Kewaskum Indians received a blow on Monday as they fell 71-52 to the Cedar Grove-Belgium Rockets. The match marked the Indians' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Kewaskum's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

Kewaskum won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sheboygan Area Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Sheboygan Area Lutheran knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Kewaskum likes a good challenge. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, they are taking a road trip to face off against Manitowoc Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
