Basketball Recap: Hoosic Valley's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Hoosic Valley came into Monday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Granville Golden Horde 42-20 on Monday. The Hawks pushed the score to 38-13 by the end of the third, a deficit the Golden Horde cut but never quite recovered from.

Hoosic Valley's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Granville, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
