The biggest upset of the week belonged to Soquel, who took down 296th ranked Soquel, 32-21.
Aptos moved up to 393 from 485 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Santa Cruz Coast. The Mariners were able to make move up by defeating the Knights 32-21.
St. Francis's Nick Ciandro and Nathaniel Ceballos have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Ciandro has thrown for 746 yards this season, while Ceballos, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 28 catches for 561 yards. Santa Cruz's Alex Morris leads the league in rushing yards with 442.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when San Lorenzo Valley takes on Soquel. At the moment, the Cougars are in first, while Ron Myers' team is in third.
There should be lots of points scored when the Cardinals and the Sharks face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Santa Cruz comes in having scored 56 this season, while St. Francis has scored 92.

Aptos extended the longest winning streak in Santa Cruz Coast this week by beating the Knights, 32-21. The win marks sixth in a row for the Randy Blankenship's team.
