Football Preview: University Prep Panthers vs. Red Bluff Spartans
The University Prep Panthers will challenge the Red Bluff Spartans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both might be coming in a bit winded given how much these teams ran up and down the field in their prior games.

Kayden Leaf had a dynamite game for Red Bluff, rushing for 160 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also throwing for 230 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.9% of his passes. Another player making a difference was Zach Shaver, who gained 99 total yards and three touchdowns.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Red Bluff was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 500 total yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lassen only gained 392.
University Prep's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Red Bluff, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 2-0.
