Basketball Recap: Boone Grove Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Boone Grove waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Knox Redskins by a score of 45-35. This was payback for the Wolves, who suffered a 47-34 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Boone Grove's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Joey Taylor led the charge by as he made all 5 shots he took racking up 11 points and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, Taylor now owns an excellent 52.4% field goal percentage. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Kinsey, who posted nine points.

Boone Grove's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Knox, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Boone Grove will take on Hobart at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Knox, they will face off against LaVille at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
