Indiana high school football rankings: No. 1 Cathedral remains atop top 25 after convincing out-of-state win over Elder

The top three teams in the Indiana high school football Top 25 rankings took care of business on the field to retain their hold on the podium spots.
Cathedral (Indianapolis),
Center Grove (Greenwood) and
Brownsburg remain Nos. 1, 2 and 3, respectively, after seven weeks of Hoosier State gridiron action.
The Fighting Irish (7-0) picked up a 36-14 interstate win over Elder (Cincinnati) as
Nathan McCahill was 16-of-24 passing for 218 yards and two scores, and
Jake Langdon added 155 yards rushing on 16 carries.
The Trojans pasted Pike 57-14 to remain unbeaten as
Carson Steele ran for 169 yards and three TDs while quarterback
Tayven Jackson was an efficient 11-of-18 for 166 and two more scores.
The 6-1 Bulldogs bounced back from their lone loss for a 41-13 win over Zionsville.
Ben Easters threw for 338 yards on 20-of-27 passing and five touchdowns.
Brandon Burks added a score on the ground.
