Basketball Game Preview: Chrisman Cardinals vs. Cissna Park Timberwolves

Chrisman hasn't had much luck against Cissna Park recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Chrisman Cardinals will welcome the Cissna Park Timberwolves at 6:00 p.m.

Chrisman is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game on Thursday. They lost to Oakwood at home by a 45-28 margin.

Despite the defeat, Chrisman had strong showings from Taylor Jones, who posted seven points along with 17 rebounds and eight blocks, and Jaidyn Alexander, who put up nine points and four steals. The dominant performance gave Jones a new career-high in blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Whitnie Haton, who had three points.

Salt Fork typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Cissna Park proved too difficult a challenge. They strolled past the Storm with points to spare, taking the game 43-29.

Cissna Park pushed their record up to 14-3 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Chrisman, their loss dropped their record down to 2-14.
