Baseball Recap: Wolfson Gets the Win

Wolfson not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 11th. They never let the Parker Braves get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolfpack also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

David Eskow was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Caleb Camden, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he launched this season.

The win got Wolfson back to even at 5-5. As for Parker, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Wolfson will head out on the road to challenge Providence School at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Parker, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Westside at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
