Volleyball Recap: Hannibal Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday + How To Watch

Hannibal's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Kirksville Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Hannibal walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-9, 25-17.

Among those leading the charge was Audrey Deien, who had 11 digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last 13 contests.

Hannibal was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matches.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Hailey Jordan, who had 13 digs. Jordan is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 14 games she's played.

Hannibal's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-6-1. As for Kirksville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.

Hannibal will welcome Rock Bridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kirksville, they will venture away from home to take on Fulton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
