Volleyball Recap: Capistrano Valley Comes Up Short

Capistrano Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Foothill Knights.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-15, 25-13.

Capistrano Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Foothill, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Capistrano Valley will venture away from home to face off against Mission Viejo at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Foothill, they will take on Villa Park at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
