Basketball Game Preview: Tinora Rams vs. Edgerton Bulldogs

The Tinora Rams are taking a road trip to face off against the Edgerton Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Tinora is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Patrick Henry just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 47-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 150th, while the Patriots are ranked 49th).

Meanwhile, Edgerton suffered their biggest defeat since February 2, 2024 on Friday. They lost 50-30 to Hicksville. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

With the loss, Edgerton broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3. As for Tinora, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.

Tinora came out on top in a nail-biter against Edgerton when the teams last played back in January of 2024, sneaking past 54-52. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tinora since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
