Lubbock-Cooper is a perfect 10-0 against Plainview since August of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Pirates will host the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Plainview took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lubbock-Cooper, who comes in off a win.

Lubbock-Cooper proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Coronado, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pirates have posted since August 23rd.

Lubbock-Cooper was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-22, 22-25, 24-26, 25-21, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Plainview lost 3-0 to Amarillo on Friday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-12, 25-8.

Plainview's loss dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Lubbock-Cooper, they pushed their record up to 19-10 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
