Northwest waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 68-63 W against the Quince Orchard Cougars. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-60 back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northwest to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anthony Wells, who went 9-for-14 to rack up 20 points. Wells is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Alexander Greenfield, who went 5-for-7 on his way to 13 points along with eight boards and three steals.

Northwest's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. As for Quince Orchard, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Coming up, Northwest will square off against Northwood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Quince Orchard, they will face off against Kennedy on Friday.
