Nevada typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Riverton proved too difficult a challenge. They had just enough and edged out the Tigers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since September 9th.

Avery Barnett paced Riverton's offense, picking up 24 kills. Barnett got some help from Ava Price and her 53 assists. Price also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Gracie Rantz, each putting up two.

Despite the loss, Nevada still got an impressive performance from Ashlyn Dean, who had 28 digs and four aces. Karlee Casey also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Riverton's victory bumped their record up to 21-3-1. As for Nevada, their loss ended a ten-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5.

Riverton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against St. Paul on the 2nd. As for Nevada, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Aurora on the 2nd.
