Volleyball Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jackson can now relate to. They came up short against the Savannah Arts Academy Panthers on Saturday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Red Devils have suffered since August 28th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-7, 25-19.

Natalie Lehto was nothing short of spectacular for Savannah Arts Academy: she had 14 assists and eight aces. Those eight aces gave Lehto a new career-high.

Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 12-18. As for Savannah Arts Academy, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-28.

Jackson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Savannah Arts Academy, they will square off against Hart County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
