Football Recap: Logan Elm Piles Up the Points Against Alexander

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Amanda-Clearcreek, Logan Elm was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 40-7 victory over the Alexander Spartans. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Braves considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Austin Holbrook looked great while leading his team to the win, rushing for 99 yards and one score on only nine carries, while also throwing for 37 yards and one touchdown. Those 99 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
