Volleyball Preview: West Broward Bobcats vs. South Broward Bulldogs
After both having extra time off, the West Broward Bobcats and the South Broward Bulldogs will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Broward will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
On Wednesday, West Broward got the win against Flanagan by a conclusive 3-0.
West Broward was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-18, 25-18.
Meanwhile, South Broward didn't have quite enough to beat Flanagan on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
South Broward took Flanagan into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 22-25, 19-25, 15-8.
South Broward's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for West Broward, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-5.
