Pinon won the last time they faced Greyhills Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Knights. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Pinon took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-14.

Lanell Salaba paced Pinon's offense, picking up seven kills. Salaba got some help from Alyssa Foster and her eight assists.

Pinon's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Greyhills Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-17 record this season.
