Softball Recap: Rogers Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Rogers's offense. They fell just short of the Colbert County Indians by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Pirates' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Colbert County, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rogers will face off against Hatton at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Colbert County, they will take on Belgreen at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
