After only ten points in their last game, Lead Hill made sure to put some points up on the board against Marshall on Friday. The Lead Hill Tigers managed a 72-66 victory over the Marshall Bobcats. The win was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on four straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lead Hill to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nolan Turner, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Turner is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Royce, who posted 15 points along with eight assists and seven rebounds.
Lead Hill's victory bumped their record up to 26-13. As for Marshall, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lead Hill will venture away from home to face off against Ozark Mountain at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lead Hill is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.4 points per game this season. As for Marshall, they will head out on the road to challenge South Side at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
