Softball Recap: Mascoutah Indians vs. Triad Knights
Mascoutah had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They beat the Triad Knights by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 5-3. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Knights back in April, they had to take a 5-4 loss.
Faith Moore spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on ten hits.
